Mr. Lieberman began his legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP where he represented Credit Suisse, Wells Fargo Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, and others in many complex structured transactions. Mr. Lieberman’s current legal practice is focused on creditor representation, which includes funders, factors, and lenders in distressed transactions and related litigation. In addition, Mr. Lieberman is the co-founder and Managing Director of the K20 Fund, an early-stage technology fund.
