Previously, Lindsey served as general counsel to several startups in the Alternative Finance Space, helping shape best practices amongst the alternative finance community. Lindsey is a founding member and current President of the Alternative Finance Bar Association (“AFBA”), an industry side attorney resource for recent case law, regulations, and market trends.
